Privately owned by Lady Hamlyn, who bought it in 1987 and spent four years lavishly restoring it to its former grandeur, many specially commissioned items complement the private collection of antique furnishings that complete the interior, providing a relaxed, homely atmosphere. The chateau offers 21 spacious bedrooms and suites, each of which is individually furnished and boasts a luxurious bathroom; many display original wall paintings. The Salle des Gardes Michelin-star restaurant offers fine dining, picturesque gardens, stunning views and an outdoor heated swimming pool and park all add to the pleasure and relaxation.
